US Individual Investors

If attesting to income threshold one of the following: i) Copy of past 2 years of tax forms, or ii) Letter from lawyer, CPA, or investment advisor verifying income.

If attesting to net worth threshold one of the following: i) Copy of full credit report showing net worth threshold, or ii) Letter from lawyer, CPA, or investment advisor verifying income.

If attesting to professional license certification one of the following: Serices 7, 82, or 65 and CRD number.

Non-US Individual Investors

Parallel Markets Enhanced KYC Additional Questions: Basic contact information, DOB, marital status, country of citizenship, mailing & permanent addresses, & tax ID number.

Parallel Markets Enhanced KYC Required Docs: Trust instrument or certificate of incorporation.

Parallel Markets Enhanced KYC Additional Questions: Control person of entity, official title of entity, & control persons owning >25% of Entity. For control persons: basic contact information, DOB, marital status, country of citizenship, mailing & permanent addresses, & tax ID number.

Parallel Markets Accreditation Verification Requirements:

One of the following: i) Formation documents or bylaws listing all equity owners for individual accreditation verification, or ii) Letter from lawyer, CPA, or investment advisor verifying the entity is accredited.
